Bugaboo refines the Classic
Bugaboo may be famous in part for its bold block colours and artistic designer collaborations, but its Classic Collection has always catered to parents who prefer a more subtle or sophisticated style. Now the brand has extended those options with new softer, chic shades for the Bugaboo Bee5, Donkey2 and Fox.
Originally inspired by 2001's Bugaboo Frog, the Bugaboo Classic Collection has long been a favourite with fans of a refined, minimal aesthetic. The latest collection once again offers parents a timeless palette of muted shades, subtle patterns and soft fabrics.
For the first time, the Classic Collection is available for the Bugaboo Bee5 in Dark Navy and Grey Mélange and from this month the Bugaboo Donkey2 can also be purchased in Dark Navy and Grey Mélange and the Bugaboo Fox Classic in Dark Navy, Grey Mélange and Khaki.
Even better, it's an ethical choice as the outer fabrics are made with recycled materials. The collection is instantly recognisable, yet understated thanks to its quilted microfleece lining in fresh white. Details include the black leather-look handlebar and carry-handle, black wheel caps for the Bugaboo Bee5 and Bugaboo Fox, and black wheels for the Bugaboo Donkey2. Parents can choose between an aluminium or black chassis, and complete their look with a Bugaboo Classic Collection Footmuff, available to purchase separately in matching colours.
The carrycot fabric set for the Bugaboo Bee5, Bugaboo Donkey2 duo extension set, and Bugaboo Donkey2 twin set are all available in the iconic Classic Collection colours.
The Bugaboo Bee5 Classic is priced at £689, the Bugaboo Fox Classic at £1,119 and the Bugaboo Donkey2 Classic from £1,119.
